Two 4 course pre-fixe menus:

Regular

First - Lettuce Wraps w/ground lamb, lemongrass paste, jalepeno + lime

Second - Lobster + Shrimp Tom Yum Soup; simmered in lemongrass broth, accompanied by cauliflower, tomato, oyster mushroom, jalepeno-lime sauce + cilantro

Third - Chicken Pad Thai; stir fry noodles in tamarind based sauce; served w/fresh nira, mung bean sprouts, red cabbage, red pepper + fresh lime wedge

Main - Beef Lok Lak; stir fried w/pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion + nira flower in a sweet tangy tomato sauce; served w/ steamed rice + baby greens salad w/fermented tea leaves dressing
