Sweetwater Stands with Standing Rock

WATER IS LIFE!

Sweetwater was part of a Santa Fe caravan that drove up to Standing Rock, ND to help support the Water Protectors. We were able to coordinate with over 15 other local restaurants and collect donations from many of our suppliers + our local Farmer's Market. On Thanksgiving Day we were part of a collective effort to feed over 2,000 people at the Standing Rock Community School! We are grateful for this opportunity to be of service.

Festival Catering!

We love to share our Thai Food at festivals! Recently we went up to Taos for the Alabama Shakes show. Next you can find us in the Santa Fe Railyard on Sunday, September 18th for the AHA Progressive Arts Festival! And then, don't miss Globalquerque! The incredible world music festival September 23-24th in Albuquerque. Look for the Sweetwater Booth and come say hello to Chef Nath and Soma!

Our Thai Night Chef

Kimnath ("Nath") Nou came to the United States from her native Cambodia in 1999. She originally settled in Cretonne, Colorado, where she started her own catering business and opened a restaurant. She visited Santa Fe for many years, becoming a local favorite through catering at festivals such as the International Folk Art Market.

Nath's ancestors were mainly Chinese, but also Thai, Vietnamese and Khmer - a history reflected in her Asian fusion cooking. Nath's organic, healthy + authentic touch to cooking has been immediately recognized in our community, where she now creates an inviting, unique menu at Sweetwater four nights each week (Wednesday - Saturday).

She is also available for catering your next event - anything from appetizer Platters to full dinners!
